Plank Time Results

Like I mentioned in my last post, my goal for this summer is to be able to hold the plank for 3 minutes straight. I started last week and did a plank every day since then. Every day I was able to hold it for a little longer – this is super motivating and I feel great.

So here are my results:

Day 1 = 01 Minute 07 Seconds

Day 2 = 01 Minute 20 Seconds

Day 3 = 01 Minute 26 Seconds

Day 3 = 01 Minute 33 Seconds

Day 4 = I forgot to do it 😦

Day 5 = 01 Minute 30 Seconds

Day 6 = 01 Minute 40 Seconds

Day 7 = 01 Minute 49 Seconds

I guess a big part of it is also the mind and not just the body. Of course it was hard every time I did it but every day my goal was to do more than the day before and maybe that allowed me to push even further. Next update coming soon 🙂
